Prepared by the Business and Human Rights Association within the scope of the B+HR Project, this report provides a comprehensive overview of National Action Plans (NAPs) developed by states to support concrete actions in the field of business and human rights. It presents an in-depth framework on key components such as the content of NAPs, their development processes, governance structures, stakeholder participation, and monitoring mechanisms.
Highlighting good practices from countries such as Germany, Pakistan, and India, the report underscores the critical role of NAPs as a policy tool in line with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. It also aims to serve as a guide for all stakeholders striving to build inclusive, accountable, and sustainable business practices.
